Is supporting cultural diversity a significant focus for EDFT? What are the benefits of surrounding ourselves with people who think differently?

Diversity of thought or cognitive diversity is hugely important for EDFT.  We encourage an environment in which employees feel comfortable to draw on and apply their experiences and backgrounds. By doing this we find creative solutions to our challenges and are able to achieve more as an organisation.

What characteristic do you most admire in your colleagues?

For me, it's all about teamwork. When we harness the skills and experience within our organisation, we achieve much more than we could individually.
